Looks like you could use a practice session taster. Where's the line?
Is it me or are the days before a contest REALLY long?
It's like a child waiting for Christmas day.
I got the booze and water. Been working on a sauce. (actally, I have a few examples for us to sample). I have one I think you may like. It's got lots of bourbon in it. I'm going on the sweet side since most references say Texas is in to sweet BBQ sauce except for with brisket, they go for the vinegar and hot sauce.
I'm looking forward to your sauce. I know you have great taste and will come up with something awesome!
