Your dress rehersal looked mouth watering. Who enjoyed the end results? The brisket looked tasty. Was it tender? How long did you smoke it?

Yes, everthing tasted great. I smoked the pork butt, Neil from Survival Gourmet did the brisket,Luis from BBQ Junkie did the chicken and Professor Salt did the ribs. It was a serious dress rehearsal with constructive ideas for improvement.
