Four Q finished 8th overall out of 20 teams. I just got to refine my recipes and prep style as the pulled pork and ribs didn't do as well as I had hoped. I know what I have to do to improve and for sure, next event,I will be a force to contend with.

I see you cook your pork on the top rack; is there another underneath that one, too?
For the compeition, I cooked the pork and ribs. The open smoker you see has a rib rack with 4 slabs and I have two more slabs on the bottom rack. the closed smoker has 4 pork butts in it. Two on top and two on the bottom.
Sylvie didn't mention that she got 4th in the desert category with an awesome Peach-a Cobbler.
