All Things Lead To Food. The kitchen is the hub of all social events in my home. Holiday parties, outdoor BBQ, BBQ Team Competition, luncheons, dinner and brunch-everyone still migrates to the kitchen and food.

look at your beautiful garden..................what a lot of work you have done........wait a few months for the product to mature and see the photos...........good for you Sylvie.
Lovely. There is nothing like growing peppers. I had Fresno Hots last year and it was great to make salsa and go out and pick a few fresh. I'll be planing another one this year.
I'd be interested in your cilantro, when it gets too hot it goes to seed.
On a different subject. Have you ever smoked peppercorns? I have some cracked which is delicious but thought it might be fun to make it.
I had a cilantro plant a copy of years ago. I didn't realize the heat made them go to seed. It did go to seed (coriander) which I did use.
Never though of smoking peppercorns but that should work. I have read about a few folks who smoke everything from cheeses to garlic, etc.
you've been Busy !!!
You can say that again. In addition to afternoons in the garden, I spend 2 hours in the morning at the fitness center.
I'm envious. Still waiting for leaves on trees here in Southern Ontario. It's been a long and cold winter. Can't wait to get back to the garden.
