Easter and a Return to Weekend Dog Blogging

I have been so busy over the last couple of weekends with a trip to Philadelphia and the BBQ competition last weekend that it's resulted in me not being able to post Ziggy in Sweetnicks weekend Dog blogging Event. Oh how I missed viewing Sweetnicks post and not finding Ziggy amongst the group.

I am also preparing my Easter Sunday dinner for family. This year I decided to cook Rack of Lamb with a garlic, rosemary, olive oil, parsley rub/seasoning; cornish hens smoked in my WSM using pecan wood and rosemary sprigs; the standard holiday fare of macaroni and cheese; corn pudding; southern greens and a new to me veggie from Trader Joe's called soy succatosh. I also prepared some Monkey Bread from scratch using my Kitchen Aid Baking cookbook. I will post more on this dinner later. Now for Ziggy's moment of attention.
